is nutmeg safe for baby during breastfeeding?

A. Yes it improves digestion so it can be given to the child and after one year of age gradually introduce finger foods to develop habit of chewing and give variety of hone cooked foods

A. Yes absolutely nutmeg is a very safe thing you can have it as and when you want to you are just breastfeeding the child and your child is not completely dependent on you so that is also another thing but in general also that make a supposed to be a very healthy spice
