is menstrual cup painful n what is the right size to use?

A. no mental Cup is not painful and it is very easy to use but you need to check proper size so for that you need to consult with your doctor who can advise you on examination for the proper size

A. If you know how to insert it into the right manner then it is not painful it is very easy to do it is just a technique that you should be knowing that you have to insert it properly into your vagina that is a very tricky part
