Is it safe to use rock salt in 6 month old baby food??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. after 1 year it's, fine to add it Salt will be a burden on the tiny kidneys and the kidney’s will not be able to function properly due to the excessive load.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi baby is too young so better to avoid giving any kind of salt. please don't give it. give plain dal water , rice water in few spoons of quantity. after few days of it ,you can give other food items like different vegetables and fruits puree,Ragi porridge, sheera rab etc
