#askdoctors My baby is 8 month old. He does not eat food without salt. Can I use Himalayan rock salt in his food?

U Can use it you can use normal salt also which ever you are using in your food only I completely understand kids do not like tasteless food I have given everything to my child including salt and sugar from the very beginning so you also can give salt it’s not an issue
