Q.

is it safe to use lactitol monohydrate syrup for constipation during pregnancy at 14 weeks. my doctor suggested it to use 30.ml at night. please reply me whether it's safe or not

If Your gynaecologist has advised you to go for this laxative then you can take it because during pregnancy we cannot advise you with any medicine if you even the slightest of the issue you’ll have to consult your doctor and you can go ahead with her suggestions if it is suggested by your gynaecologist then go for it
