Is it safe to take the corona vaccine while am still breastfeeding my 4 months old baby?

A. lactating mothers can safely take the vaccination for covid-19 and breastfeed the child immediately after that,no need to give a time gap thereafter.this is according to the recent govetmrnment guidelines. covaxin or covishield any vaccine can be taken but for children and for pregnant mothers still trials are going on and they have to wait it for getting vaccinated for covid-19. if there is any fever or body ache after vaccination you can safely take paracetamol 3 times a day
