Q.

is it safe to take antibiotics while breastfeeding. My baby is 5.5 months.i got cold and ear block .I am prescribed antibiotics for that. Can I consume it.os ot safe for my baby

A. If your doctor has prescribed knowing you are a breastfeeding mom then you van take it.

A. you should always consult doctor for proper medicine because it is only after clinical examination that prop DVer treatment would be suggested and weight is important to decide dosage do not selfmedicate

Hello mom No it is not safe to consume any sort of antibiotics if you are a lactating mother then you should avoid taking any sort of medication till it is not advised by Dr. You can take a steam with warm water and can add turmeric in your regular milk it will help to give relief in cold and cough Happy parenting Stay
