Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no problem in taking any type of food for the mother even if his breastfeeding whatever food will take it will not going to affect the baby in anyway

Yes You can have egg and chicken as well but make sure that the it is too much moderate spices it is not too much of spicy for you to have because if in any case you have too much of spicy food it can affect your child in a bad way so just the spices in the food should definitely be moderate
