is it right to give warm water to new born babies

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. not right and safe. Don't give any water at this young age...because -Water has no calories but fills your baby nevertheless. This will make him less interested in drinking milk. It could also result in weight loss and increased bilirubin levels. Giving water at early age gets water intoxication.

No Cannot give anything to the child other than breastfeeding or formula feeding for six months after birth you cannot give water to the child at all basically all these things can be introduced to the child after completing the age of six months only not before that
