Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. it is quite natural for babies to be active during day time some baby it night Timesand it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem

reduce her salt and sugar intake
keep her Hydrated by giving her a spoon of water every hour when she's awake
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
gige her more probiotics and seasonal fruits
