Is it normal for a newborn's belly to look inflated/swelled unlike ours?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children5 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is newborn and if his umbilicus is puffed up then it’s a umbilical hernia and you should not make him cry and bind cotton clothes belt on his umbilicus for three weeks
