SanthoshiMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Give upto 2 ml not more than that Sugar is refined by lot of chemical processes which may be harmful to children.Excess sugar may cause caries and tooth decay in children. Also excess of sugar may depress immunity. So avoid sugar
