Is green tea safe for breastfeeding mothers ?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no problem a mother can take green tea still give breastfeeding to the baby it is not going to harm the baby in any way . . .

You can eat everything by that should be healthy. Else there is ko problem.
