is cvid harmful for kids how can we protect them.

till now in India kids below 15 or 12 year are not that much seriously affected by covid but there are predictions by experts that it MIGHT affect kids in 3rd wave..
but as it is prediction we have to take extra care of kids..
maintain physical test dancing avoid taking kids out hand sanitizer ation frequently or hand washing frequently
mask is compulsory
to improve immunity physical activity with homemade healthy nutritious food which should include seasonal vegetables fruits and dry fruits
