also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics.
all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics.
also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meet your dr for proper advice.
it is is very important to cover the child well during winter.
whenever you touch the palms and soles of the child they should be warm. prevent temperature variations from hot to cold and cold to hot environment.
you can use a room heater or blower to maintain a constant temperatured during night time to prevent fluctuations. give more fluids to the child orally.
complete the vaccination of the child on time
