DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, Your baby girl is 12 months old and her pee is yellow in colour and it’s smelling badly so don’t worry if she is taking b complex syrup then pee will be yellow and urine smells due to uric acid and urea etc

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and yes it is common and when baby eat outside food it come in yellow color. and if baby cry during pee then evaluate once with doctor
also give baby more liquid.
