Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi Mam,it happens because of dehydration or Infection. so,first maintain proper hydration. avoid using diapers for now. keep that area clean. and ensure that your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day.
