No it is not recommended to use Kajal or any such products they can block the tear ducts of the eyes and there anyways not healthy as per doctors I am telling which is why you should avoid using these things onto the eyes of the child or even on the body of the child sometimes they can react to the body as wellWrite Your Answer Here
