is 6 months old baby can have apple puree.can we use green apple

Yes you can use whatever is available for you a green apple red apple whatever your choices is the only thing is that you never going to boil any of the food before giving to the child is make sure of that when you boil fruits you actually kill all the nutrients into the fruits
