A. 10 minutes sun exposure is okay for the baby. The best way to maintain good skin tone in baby is giving adequate feeding To maintain proper hydration Giving daily oil massage to the baby followed by warm water bath On regular basis for at least 1st 2 years Avoid using more of moisturizer and powder

A. it is good to keep the baby in sunlight for good vit D. make sure you don't keep the baby under direct sunlight. i personally suggest keeping the baby near the window wheresunrays are entering via window it is more than sufficient. as direct sunlight can harm the newborn baby's skin and there is no scientific proof that it reduces jaundice.

A. U should keep it for 40-45 mins it’s too good for the child as it’s good for the absorption of vit d and that’s good as we suggest u to keep the child in indirect sunglight as that’s going g to b really good
