irregular periods is common after child birth via c section? my periods is coming 1 month 10 dys? r very late?

Even up to one year starting from the day you get your first period post delivery there will be irregularities in the cycles and that’s why you have to keep using contraception until they become regular. But post that uou should Consult with your gynaecologist. It happens due yo hormonal imbalance in the body. You should eat right and healthy Asli drink lots of water.
