Iron deficiency in kids ...what should be given to eat as daily diet? pls suggest

A. Add millets in diet and give geeen leafy vegetables and pomegranate and beetroot juice sweet potato apple papaya and give Vitamin C rich fruits to improve iron absorption in the body

A. Give I didn’t supplement to the child and also you should start giving spinach broccoli beetroot and pomegranate to your child on regular basis specifically beetroot and pomegranate that’s very very important highly highly rich in iron that’s what you should be giving on regular
