could you suggest a nutritious diet for 3 year baby. How to cover for iron deficiency in diet?

A. You Should try to give good amount of beetroot spinach green leafy vegetables and also good amount of pomegranate on an every day basis to your child to increase the iron content in the body naturally but you’ll have to give iron supplement also if your child is less on haemoglobin of blood
