#asktheexpert can i please know the diet for iron deficiency ??

A. First of all start giving overnight soaked black raisins in the morning and give beetroot and carrot juice and green leafy vegetables should be part of meals and increase Vitamin C intake for iron absorption and start an iron supplement

A. hi dear mom...green leafy veggies banana tofu lentils are good source of iron....if kido is deficiency..the better start with iron supplements after consulting your doctor . always use Babyhug medicine dropper to give medicine to baby
