intermittent fever in 20 months old

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a drose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated eafter every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever

A. U Should take an advice from your paediatrician for this and if the fever is March then you can do cold sponge on to the entire body if needed but yes discussion with your paediatrician would definitely be the right thing to go for
