since yesterday he is having intermittent fever along with sore throught and headache

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if the child is having fever so you should give paracetamol to the child repeat every 6 hours if it is required also consider your doctor one for a proper examination to rule out the cause
