A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as thfe first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you xx can also do cold sponging of the body if required

A. If it's above three days. If it continues, I feel It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now
