A. Give more of liquids to the child try to maintain as much as good hydration as you can in to the body of the child that’s the most important thing there is no specific summer diet that you have to follow and go ahead with giving more of curd based stuff as well as fruits

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please note that the main source of nutrition for your child and for building immunity is a well balanced diet each mail should be well balance with some amount of protein carbohydrates good fats in fibre additionally and our of physical activity at least and exposure to morning sunlight on a daily basis
