im a 33 yr old mother of 4 months back i had vaginal birth by inducing pains during pregnancy i have developed pubic symphysis n i still has that same pain while i walk for a long climb the stairs im even using pelvic belt and following the exercise as suggested by my physiotherapist how long will it take to become normal
