mam , please don't get Panic
apply coconut oil there,it contains Vitamin E and soothing property which definitely help to cure this.
avoid using diapers for now.
keep that area clean using Babyhug wipes.
prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child
be careful while bathing your child.
