If I do 15 minutes walk and 20 minutes workout and also skip dinner it help me to lose weight

A. Hello mom physical workout for say about 30 to 45 minutes rigorousQ One would be helpful along with the diet. Also to be taken care of where in you can avoid refined and processed food and even sugary foods as well. Be light on what do you eat and be mindful enough don’t skip meals because these will create lack of energy. If you’re especially a lactating mother, instant be smart and be mindful as to what you are consuming and have small meals at regular intervals rather than having heavy meals.
