Q.

if a 11 month baby dint get theeth till now is there any need to concern a doctor

A. Hi don't worry as babies can get their first milk teeth upto the age of 15-18 months. so wait for some more time and meanwhile keep checking for the signs of teething such as excessive drooling of saliva, swollen gums, itching and irritation in gums.
