What to do if a 4.9 year old child has loose teeth, is there any reason for concern?

A. Maybe the teacher is about to fall and that is when new teeth is going to come actually a lot of parents do not know that permanent teeth can start coming from the age of 4 1/2 to 5 years so the milk can start breaking any time after the age of four and half years
