my baby boy is 8 and 1/2 months old but still dint have a teeth....is it a matter of concern?

A. hi dear The short answer is no. The age at which a baby's first tooth appears can vary enormously. Usually, the first tooth emerges at around six months. However, some babies are born with a tooth, and some still have a completely gummy smile on their first birthday.
