Hello, my son is 11 month old he is having 3 theeth ...2 on up and one down...why is it taking too long time for theeth to grow up....is there any problem

it's normal..
kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 -3.5 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth
