iam now 20 week pregnent, can I take steaming for cold

A. Yes Taking steam is completely safe it is much better than taking medicines also so if you think that you’re going to get relief with medicines and of course you should go ahead with taking steam steam is a completely safe process at any point of time you can go ahead with it
