Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system.
Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber.
Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am Please do not worry about it too much and please avoid eating junk packed and oily food. and have more salad nd fruits in your lunch and dinner. and also do some regular exercises like yoga planks and Surya namaskar.
