A. Hi, Many mothers gain weight after delivery. Exercises and diet is good way to control it. It is really important to do exercises. You can join any gym for regular exercise or do it at home. Initially start with easy yoga steps. Have honey and lemon water In the morning. Also avoid junk food etc..
