ExpertDilshad AnsariNutritionist4 years agoA. Hi.. usually postpartum females are prescribed calcium in iron supplements if your doctor has prescribed you kindly speak to your doctor and start with these supplements but don't take it without prescription

If What is taking plane iron tablets and your prescribed to you by a doctor then you can more certainly go ahead with that I should definitely not be an issue because iron tablets are generally recommended to be taken for initial six months after delivery
