iam 29 weeks pregnant now it's getting 8 th month from 2 days am getting motions and stomach pain may I know what is the reason any precautions

Ma’am stomach pain and motions can be associated with indigestion food poisoning and even stomach infection so right now it would be best if you consult your gynaecologist proper line of medication can be suggested by the doctor if you can pay a visit for further assessment and that would be the best
