Hello ma’am Yes you can go for yoga but I would like to tell you that for pregnant women there are different asanas that you have to go far and you cannot do regular yoga like you used to do probably previously Before you got pregnant so I would advise you to either consult a person who can help you with it or check something online or consult your yoga doctor from the hospital itself
