I would like to how much ML of direct water can be given to 1 year baby

A. Namaste Father, A few sips throughout the day can be given to them , would be fine , exact measurement is difficult as the thirst and requirement vary

A. hi one to three years old kids can take around 1.3 litters of fluids per day it includes fluids like soup, water, coconut water,lassi, buttermilk, nimbupani etc so offer water accordingly but don't force your child as far as your child urine output is enough (atleast 6 times in a day) then no need to worr
