how many ml of water should be given to 10 months baby

A. You can give around 250 ml water to the baby and give soups and other liquids and give solid foods to the baby and finger foods to develop habit of chewing

A. up yo 75 ml a day.. that's it. Give three meal and one snack a day Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli... Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form. Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies.. You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.

A. As a child has completed 6 months definitely you can give water to the child to digest the food which is very important as your child is already having breast milk of formula milk which contains water in it so too much of water is not required you can give three or four ounces of water in a day
