Q.

i was 65 Kg before marriage... Now my daughter is 4 years old and day by day I'm gaining weight... today I am 83 Kg... I always feel tired and energy less... please suggest me a good diet plan and workout and also suggest me a best protein powder brand which can help me to lose weight...

A. dear mum, to lose weight, you should eat mindfully. avoid calorie foods, fatty and sugary foods. you should eat variety of seasonal fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables. Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle.
