I m 8 month baby mother.. After My marriage which is almost 2 yr.. I m lossing weight 60 to 42 kg.. What to do?? After delivery it was 50 kg..

A. this is a major weight loss ok.avoid it and try to eat a high calories diet as well.Well in this case its best to talk to your own doctor who will guide you in best possible way

A. hi please do the following things: for Healthy weight gain, take starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice etc take energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc. add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your diet. you can take soaked grams in one small bowl quantity daily in morning maintain good hygiene
