A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Check your thyroid levels and consult your doctor if required.
