I want to loose weight I have thyroid issues how to reduce my weight

A. With thyroid people the best way to reduce weight is a proper workout and intermittent fasting is going to give you very good results if you can manage to do that for a minimum of 12 to 16 hours so start with at least 12 hours to begin with and slowly try to stretch it up to 16 if you do that and if you cut out entirely onto your sweet intake like chocolates and sweet intake and regular sweet intake like start having a sweet and tea and also over a time of month or two you will see very good results
