I've been breastfeeding exclusively since delivery but got my periods within two months..Does that mean my milk supply is low?? what is the cause for early periods..Also i travelled a lot after delivery due to some circumstances..does it cause early periods?

A. possibility of having periods can start anytime from 2 months to 1 year also after delivery this is nothing to do with your milk supply it is only harmonal changes
