#asktheexpert milk supply getting low during periods? though exclusively breastfeeding why i am getting periods after 4 months of delivery?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom It is totally ok to get periods even if u are breastfeeding mother. if ur breast milk supply is getting lower then u can have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to improve lactation or u can also have mothers horlicks with milk twice a day.
