I start feeling anxious in the evening, and it's my 4th month pregnancy, tell me what to do ?

A. Okay so when you start feeling anxious just divert your mind do something that gives you pleasure which makes you happy think about good memories of your life or anything that is going to be good for you or you can even think how your child is going to be how are you going to plan a good future think of something which makes you happy and the anxiety is going to vanish if you feel more of a problem and anxiety is more during a particular time then in that case you should discuss the issue with your treating doctor once for better help and guidance
